I have to be honest that this week's challenge came a bit easier than the others to detail. I'm outlining this challenge as my daughter is going through a rougher patch in her gymnastics journey. Ironically, of the 2.5 years we've been heavily involved in the sport, this has been her first experience having a major mental block or obstacle.
